Job Opening - Digital Operations Manager
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Digital Operations Manager manages the day-to-day client interaction and brand experience for Ingenex Digital Marketing. He/she fosters a positive, highly productive work environment while also striving to achieve Ingenex’s goals for client satisfaction, profitability, and digital marketing leadership. He/she also fulfills the critical role of ensuring client communication for all projects and serves as primary client contact for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the President/CEO, oversees day-to-day client communication, project management, and quality control processes, serving a key role in the achievement of Ingenex’s goals for optimal client satisfaction, innovation and excellence.
- Coaches and supports internal and external resources to achieve project objectives for quality, innovation, budget, and delivery.
- Maintains communication hub for all project information including but not limited to project specifications, scheduling, client communication log, services and materials tracking.
- Fulfills the critical role of ensuring client communication for all projects and serves as primary client contact for assigned projects.
- Collaborates in creation and presentation of client proposals.
- Supports President/CEO in continual expansion of supplier network that meets Ingenex’s standards for collaboration, innovation, excellence and value.
- As requested, represents Ingenex at industry events and client meetings. Contributes to the Ingenex digital presence and thought leadership through our Digital Bus Blog, and Twitter.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing including 3+ years in project management including Web site project management.
- BA in Advertising, Marketing, Internet Technology, Information Architecture, Business. MBA preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing space, social media, SEO, PPC, etc.
