As Client Services Manager at Ingenex, Eric Rodriguez oversees day-to-day client interaction, creates digital marketing strategies and tactics, provides project management for new web sites, manages SEO / PPC / analytics and reporting, and drives new business development strategy and outreach. Eric is also a regular contributor to the Ingenex Twitter feed and Digital Bus blog.
Eric is a driven digital marketing professional with a passion for client service and a thirst for continuous learning. Eric is interested in learning more about new Internet marketing technologies and how they are being applied to help companies outsmart competitors, connect with customers and engage employees.
Eric joins Ingenex from Airfoil Public Relations, where he managed strategic analyst and media relations for technology clients ranging from Microsoft to pre-launch start-ups from the company’s offices in Southfield, Michigan and Mountain View, California. Eric holds a BBA in information systems and e-commerce from the University of Toledo and an MBA in marketing from the University of Michigan’s Dearborn campus.
